Artists and Poets
In addition to China's economical advancements, China also grew rich in culture. During the Tang Dynasty, Wu Daozi, Li Bo, and Du Fu were influential in the growth of China's culture. Wu Daozi was an artist who painted murals relating to Buddhism and nature. Li bo and Du Fu wrote poems, that are still known today because of their beauty. Also, during the Song period, Li Qingzhou was considered China's greatest female poet. Making objects from clay as well as porcelain items covered in celadon, a pale, green glaze, were practices from both the Tang and Song dynasties.
